The HxGN Content Program offers a webstore for customers to browse, order and download aerial imagery. You can define the search method, projection, coordinate system, resolution and output file format. Within minutes, you will receive an orthorectified aerial image of your area of interest (AOI).

This user guide covers the following topics:

Account Access

1. Access the webstore at https://services.hxgncontent.com/admin/sign-in.do.

2. Click on “Store Login | Create Account” at the top of the page to log in or create a new account.

  • If you have an account, simply enter your email address and password. You can reset your password by clicking on “Forgot your password.”

  • If you do not have an account, click on “Create Account” and follow the steps to set up your payment information.

User Profile

1. Access the webstore at https://services.hxgncontent.com/admin/sign-in.do.

2. Click on “Account” located in the top navigation bar to access the following options:

  • Download files for recent orders. Orders are not permanently stored, so it is important that you download the files immediately.

  • View your order history and track order receipts for webstore purchases.

  • Change your existing password.

Ordering Imagery by Location

1. Access the webstore at https://services.hxgncontent.com/admin/shop.do.

2. Search for your AOI by entering the street address or the latitudinal and longitudinal coordinates. You can further refine the image position by zooming in/out and panning.

3. You have the option to define the following specifications:

  • Switch between different layers using the Select Data Layer list. More than one layer may be available for your AOI.

  • Change the imagery projection using the Coordinate System drop-down list.

  • The highest resolution available for your AOI will be ordered by default. You can purchase a lower resolution using the Resolution Pricing drop-down list.

  • Select the file format for the imagery using the File Format drop-down list.

4. Click on “Add Image to Cart” to add the imagery to your shopping cart.

5. Click on “Continue Shopping” to add more imagery to your cart. If any item in your cart is incorrect, select the delete box next to the item and click on “Remove Item.” Otherwise, click on “Check Out” to complete your order.

6. To place your order, click on “Pay with Card” and enter your credit card information. You can enter a project number for your order, if applicable.

Note: You must agree to the Purchaser’s Agreement in order to proceed with the payment.

7. Your order has been submitted. Order processing generally takes 10 to 20 minutes. Once your order is processed, the imagery will be sent to your email. You can also download the imagery in the Download Your Files section from the Account page in the top navigation menu.

Ordering Imagery by Shapefile

1. Access the webstore at https://services.hxgncontent.com/admin/shop.do.

2. Click on “Shapefile” to begin uploading your shapefile.

3. Click on “*Find shapefile (.shp)” to locate your file. Select the projection of your shapefile and click on “Upload and Preview.”

4. Select the imagery dataset you would like to purchase. More than one layer may be available for your AOI.

You have the option to define the following specifications:

  • Change the imagery projection using the Output Projection drop-down list.

  • Select the file format for the imagery using the Output Format drop-down list.

  • The highest resolution available for your AOI will be ordered by default. You can purchase a lower resolution using the Resolution drop-down list.

5. To place your order, click on “Pay with Card” and enter your credit card information. You can enter a project number for your order, if applicable.
