Prioritizing Imagery

By default, the HxGN_Imagery layer is prioritized by date, resolution and band. This can be changed within the WMS protocol using the styles functionality.

All data within the HxGN_Imagery layer is RGBN and equally prioritized.

Example 2: ArcMap prioritizing resolution

  1. Add a WMS connection (Adding Aerial Imagery as WMS to ArcMap )

  2. Add the HxGN_Imagery layer to your map

  3. Right-click on the HxGN_Imagery layer and select “Properties.”

  4. Under the Styles tab, select the drop-down menu and choose your desired layer style.
